Asian Greens, Tatsoi

$3.00

Mature Plant Size: 6-10″x8-10″
Days to Harvest: 45-50 days

Tatsoi is a cold-hardy Asian green forming a distinctive flat rosette of dark green, spoon-shaped leaves with a mild, mustard-like flavor. Exceptionally cold tolerant, it is one of the best greens for extending harvest deep into an Austin winter.

At Flying Rabbit Farm, our Tatsoi transplants are grown for tight, uniform rosettes and strong cold tolerance for late-season harvests.
