Joi Choi is a vigorous, disease-resistant bok choy hybrid with thick white stems and glossy dark green leaves, prized for its crisp texture in stir-fries and its tolerance of both heat and cold better than most Asian greens.
At Flying Rabbit Farm, our Joi Choi transplants are grown for uniform, heavy heads and strong bolt resistance suited to Austin’s fall and spring seasons.

Flea beetles
Aphids
Bolts quickly once heat arrives
