Society Garlic (Tulbaghia violacea) is a clumping, grass-like perennial with garlic-scented gray-green foliage and clusters of small lavender-pink flowers held on tall stalks through the warm season — as useful in the kitchen as it is in the border.
At Flying Rabbit Farm, our Society Garlic transplants are grown for dense clumping habit and reliable perennial return in Austin gardens.
